Civ 5 budget?

Hi. I was wondering what the budget for Civ 5 was. I was looking online to find it like I do for movies but I couldn't. It says the game was in development for more than 3 years, team grew from 7 to over 50 people but budget has nowhere to be found. Can someone please give me an estimate on how much it would have cost, both with expansions and without? Thanks.
