Civ 5 Map Maker - Resource Amount text glitch

Hi, Sorry, if this is already posted, i have tried to find it somewhere but cannot find a fix.
Does anyone know how to change, remove or resize the text in the civ 5 map maker? It currently looks like this:

And as such it is actually impossible for me to know how much of any strategic resource im adding. Most recently i accidentally putt on 55 uranium in a position instead of 5!

I'm assuming you mean World Builder. It's such an old program (didn't even get updated for BNW for resources like Bison) that I'm guessing you're only option is going to be to reduce your screen resolution so it fits again. IIRC FireTuner had similar issues but that was fixed in one of the game patches
