Civ4 Complete Competition @ HEXUS.gaming

UK gaming site HEXUS.gaming is running a competition in which five lucky winners will each win a copy of of the upcoming Civilization IV: Complete Edition.

This competition is only open to UK residents who are over 12 years of age. To enter the competition, all you need to do is email your name and address with the header "Sid Meier" by clicking an email link on HEXUS.gaming's website. The last day to enter is Monday, October 14th.

Civilization IV: Complete Edition is coming out on October 12th, 2007 in the UK. This edition includes Civilization IV and all its expansion packs, including BTS. It's not known when this edition will be available in the US.

Question: Just to verify, Civ IV Complete will work on WinXP systems here in the US?
