Civ4 XML editor projected

hows this going i'd love to see a java editor for CIV as i'm learning the language and it will probably bring us the ability to DO ANYTHING with CIV due to Java's versatility. please keep us updated because this is a project i look forward to for 2 reasons the first being to edit CIV and the other to look at complex java code and try to understand it. i'll even try to help i.e. i have much more time than most people and as i do klnow some java i might be able to look at code to see if it has mistakes in or if i can get it to do something your havcing problems with.

I'd love to help in anyway possible because i have personally felt that my own contribution to the C & C aspect of Civ 3 and CIV has been a little weak to say the least
