Hello everyone

I'm having a problem
I can enter the world builder but when a choose the "Scenario Editor" and add a civ I only have one civilization (Dalmace Empire)
Did this happend with anyone?
Did you solve this?

You probably have a mod selected that is changing it. If you turn off the mod, it should work fine.
