Same problem on Xbox, constantly freezes plus I didn’t get the persona pack as promised when buying the frontier pass.

Persona Packs are there - if Xbox is similar to PS4, then you need to go search for additional DLC. I cannot tell you exactly how to do this for Xbox, but both persona packs are hiding away, becoming visible only when you have installed the Ethiopia Pack.
Not very user friendly....
