Civilization V has stopped working

(Sorry for my bad english, this is not my first language). I bought civ5 without DLC, it worked perfectly fine for me. Later, I decided to buy civ5 complete edition, but there's a problem, when I start a new game, there is loading screen, then the game closes and i see: "civilization V has stopped working" What's going on??? I really need help, I spent a lot of money on this pack

i got the same prob Civ5 stops in mid play anytime saying "Civ5 has stopped working" plz help my empire stand the test of time

I've noticed this problem started happening only recently, and after Montezuma became a lot blacker. Was there an update I failed to notice that is now causing this problem?
