This has really got me perplexed.

My first thought was Terrain Enhancements:
1) the three are Forrest, Jungle, and Marsh
2) Jungle and Forrest are alike in that they're both about trees
3) Blood orange and teal refers to the Aztecs who get a movement bonus in Forrest & Jungle. Red and white would refer to Austria (whereas, based on the previous color order, Japan would be white and red), but this is where my answer falls apart.
4) Now I'm completely lost

Couldn't red and white also be England though? I was initially thinking Indonesia for blood orange/teal, but then I realized they're the inverse of that.

Yes, but that still wouldn't make sense with my theory And if I have it backwards (and it's Indonesia and Japan) I am further lost

I thought it was coast and lake that have the same yields? Or maybe lighthouse buffs coast and ocean but not a lake?
