What is the current thought about upcoming technologies such as Fission, and the developement of the U.N.? Will their be an election for the seat of Secretary General?

Considering our terrible reputation, the only reason the UN is such a high priority is because we want to prevent another nation from calling a UN vote. Any vote would likely go against us.

With the development of Fission underway currently, i urge the development of the UN, and the election of a Secretary-General. I say we not build it for victory, but for the glory of Fanatika....i feel that the best way to pick a good leader is to choose from Honerees to be voted for.
