Computer assuming I pressed 'Alt' when producing units

I've had this glitch happening in BTS ever since I installed it on my new desktop. If I try to select a unit to produce without entering the city screen, the computer detects that I am holding Alt and gives me *Unit instead. This never happened in my previous install, so I have no clue how to solve it.

I'm running BTS 3.19, BUG if it matters (don't think it does), and the bug only happens for combat units (no Worker, Settler, Work Boat, etc.)

BUG's default setting is to automate the building of workers and military units as though you have pressed ALT.

To change this, go to the BUG options pages (CTRL-ALT-O) and change (uncheck) the build forever settings for these units. IIRC this has been fixed with the latest version, which has not been released yet.
