Conflict on Chiron

Ye well it is a bit of a merger :D. But really i wanna see a mod where defensive pact isnt so stiff. I want flexibility! :D
 
Many thanks for this mod, which is really adding challenge and atmosphere to the game with the extra factions!
It shows also that a lot of work was done, so congrats to Monaldinio.

If I had a suggestion, this would be to augment the feeling that Chiron is vast and hostile, at least with an optional setting. When I was playing SMAC-X (on highest difficulty), it took a long long time before I could feel safe from Worms... Here things appear to be much more calm, even with 'barbarian hord' option. Perhaps for whose like me who like to suffers the wrath of Chiron, another setting should be added, with more advanced life forms, or the planet going to sentience faster, I don't know.

Also, in the original game, the worms were invisible most of the time. I think this was also the reason the player never felt really safe for a long time. You never knew if a worm would not appear and destroy a former for example.

Chiron needs new Leader...and more Faktions...

But I have no names for the leader, nor for the factions...:mischief:

Nr1. Insectoid i presume? Clc Gtr of the Swarm
Nr2. Looks like it could be a Hybrid. Illumir of the Awoken
Nr3. This could become an earth like civ with ppl from scattered escape pods trying to form a new civ based on eqality not ideology, Elsa of the Freelanders
Nr4. Another submerged faction would be good. This looks like it could be one.

Two months have passed since I released the last update. Unfortunately, I had a lot to do with university exams ...
But now it goes on ...
For baiting, here are a few screenshots of some new featers coming in the next update.
I should be ready by the end of the month!

I've heard that some people have problems with the orbital bases and their Improvements.
I'll explain in the concept part of CoC, what you have to do...

Playing as Gaians i get +13 influence from concordat vote right from the start. Concordat is a wonder right? Also Map discovery is bugged. It goes back to being undiscovered instead of fog of war.

Can you upload a screenshot of the Gaian Bug...i startet a new game with them...and looked in the first Base...
I cant find no Bug...

Fog of War...okey...I will have a look...

I have noticed a 2. Bug.... "Turn Coplete" -> Beginn of Turn and End of Turn...

But i have fixed this litte bug now...
