Control all original capitals but no victory

Ok so I am playing a standard game on Warlord, 8 civs 16 CS all victory types available, didn't change anything in advanced setup that I know of so pretty sure I didn't turn complete kills on.

I have controlled all of the original capitals for several turns now but no victory.

Is there something I am missing? This is my first game for a year or so, so possibly something stupidly obvious that I have overlooked.

Never mind, another civ controls an original capital still, similar looking icons (I'm Celts, Shoshone still has another civs capital, disregard will go finish it off now.
