The Sámi civ is essentially complete at this point; the only thing holding it up is the UI model. Unfortunately I have absolutely no idea how to get a model in game, and so far all my attempts have been met with abject failure 
If anyone would like to help; I would appreciate it very much if you could convert this into a usable UI model.
I've included the blend file, the texture, and the model exported as a .obj just in case.
