Grandmaster, her deputy, has decided to refuse the position in favor of the domestic department.

Therefore, I appoint ikey to fill the vacant position.

This is a confirmation council vote. All council members, please vote YES, NO, or ABSTAIN.

The quorum is 2/3 the council. A simple majority is needed to confirm the appointment.
