CSC 1.22 patch problem

The culturally linked starting location doesn't seem to work in the 1.22 patch... (I installed the universal language patch on the European version).

I played as the Vikings and started right new to China (!).

Anyone else has this problem with the patch?

That is bugged a different way. Don't play using the culturally linked option.
