Cultural victory conditions

Hi all,

I have two different informations about cultural victory, one with 30.000 cultural in 3 cities, the other with 50.000 each. Anyone knows the good one ?

I thought was 30.000 but last game had 2 cities 35k+ and one 29.999 when damn chinese won by space rush So couldn't verify

The amount of culture you need to win is based on the game speed....

Epic = 75,000 pts
Normal = 50,000 pts
Quick = 25,000 pts
