i think of it as borrowed. also, only a few people partake in that. we have alot of people in this. you see, a demogame with money's like a mule with a spinning wheel. no one knows how they got it and dang do they know how to use it.

the simpsons monorail episode (based on the music man). replace demogame with the word town.

and it would be completly separate. im not sure how geocities would react to a .php
