Hey Gang,
Since the whole reason I upped the ante from my DS version was to play with the extra SP content of the big console versions (in may case, the XB360 version), I was wondering what others have thought about the extra content?
I just played a little of Ice Age and made a huge boner that would probably have been fine in most PC Civ games. It didn't dawn on me at first that diplomacy works very differently in CivRev. In PC Civ games you can make allies and in general declaring war is a big deal. In CivRev THERE ARE NO ALLIES and, beyond that, other than enforced peace, you're always on the brink of war with the AI (if not already at war with them). So thinking I could just wander by Genghis with my undefended settler unit was my bad. I love the dialog the game had for just this situation. "Thanks for your gift of a settler, oh, by the way, we're at war now." (paraphrasing a bit but it was something snotty like that).
