Ok, that sounds good. Yeah, cuz I liked the library and unoversity. I do think the library should add the 2 exp to magic units still. But the university shouldn't, imho.

2exp to magic units is not much considdering they accumulate exp for free each turn.
doubled training rate while sentried in a city with these buildings is this possible?
