Do followers of foreign religions benefit from reformation beliefs?

If my religion has TtGoG and I spread it to other civs' cities, will they be able to buy GP's with Faith?

I'm not sure if it's the same with all Reformation Beliefs or if it's a case by case basis (like Enhancer Beliefs). But I'm positive that I've been able to purchase Science buildings with faith when an AI's Religion with Jesuit Education spread to my city.
