Those Mercator links gave me a nice hint as the entire Cradle of Civ website is backed up here on CivFanatics.. I just tested and the downloads on the Multiverse scenario page there all work for me..

Edit: Oh wait.. I see some of the download links are all messed up there (the original problem you reported) and using the updated CFC CoC location didn't seem to work on Mercator's links.. hmm I'll keep playing around and see what I can find...

Edit3: I've got nothing.. I'll contact Solver as he has backups of the old Apolyton server.
