I'm in the milking phase of my first HOF try using C3C v 1.15 on a large pangea world and accidently triggered the domination limit. I'm using CrpMapStat to check the domination limit and it says that I have 2653 tiles out of a possible 4015 for 66.1% with 24 tiles to go to reach the limit. I always thought that the domination limit was 2/3 of the population and 2/3 of the land tiles. CrpMapStat uses these numbers to calculate the number of tiles to go to reach the limit. I looked in Civilopedia and it says 70% for population and land which is clearly wrong. Prima's Official Strategy Guide says the number is 66% for vanilla Civ 3.
