you can't simply turn off the pipes and to manipulate every website so you can promote the next wave of male enhancement pills would cost insane ammounts. the government should place regulations of broadband monopolies so they can't gouge consumers with extemely unfair prices(if it doesn't already) other than that I dont' see how anyone could have a problem
