Hey, just thought of an idea for a possible one-city civ (like Venice); Roanapur, from Black Lagoon. It's a relatively popular anime, and is one of the few that I still really enjoy. I don't know; just an idea. If you want to use it, cool, if not, I might want to try my hand at it.

Hey if you read this, I'd like to see two civs brought to life.

If you have ever watched the anime "Allison and Lillia" or read the associated light novels (you can find them translated on untuned-strings.blogspot.ca), it's set in a world roughly equivalent to 1940s-1950s Europe, and features two warring countries on a single continent. In the East is the Roxcheanuk Confederation or simple Roxche, and in the west is the United Kingdom of Bezel-Iltoa or Sou-Beil. The anime features the titular characters trying to end the ongoing war and subsequently deal with the fragile peace that follows.
