Chapter 5 - Gambling
It’s 2020 BC.
The Nubians fools think that they can pass through the sacred Egyptian land like that !
Worst ! They are near the newly created Valley of the Kings, the last place for Egypt mighty rulers...
We tell them to go back... they say they will do it... and they do not !
Ramses is furious ! He warn King Taharqa to return his troops home or he will declare war !
Taharqa cowardly agreed.
From all parts of the world, foreigners wants to negotiate with Ramses, we got same nice contact from Minoeans...

An unknow man named Thucydides completed some writings, saying that Egypt is the most advanced nation in the world... interesting.
By the way, Ramses note that the Hebrews are just behind...
That night, Ramses and his advisors, holded a secret council...
Next year the Nubians sent some workers in Egypt to build roads in some sort of tribute, Taharqa is so confused by his recent mistakes that he’s trying to calm Ramses by any possible means.
Sages discovered Ancestor Veneration, and soon our great cities begun building their own necropolis...
Last year secret council has led to a new government. Ramses is now King of all Egypt.
Sadly some barbarians tribes pillaged Giza the same year. In response, a whole new corp of Ancient Kingdom Spearman and two corps of Egyptians Archers are sent to crush those barbarians.
Sevens months later, Egyptians Priests were burning the barbarian encampment while their warriors attacked Giza for the second time.
In the same time, the Nubian are trying to take advantage of the situation.
While a little part of the Egyptian army is in campaign against the barbarians, King Taharqa send an ultimatum to Ramses : ‘Give us contact with the Babylonians or face the consequences’ !
Ramses proudly refused. No one bribe Egypt !!!
And one more time Nubians gamblers back off. But it’s time to action !
Ramses met immediately his generals to make a plan of action...

Chapter 6 - A New Era
Barbarians atrocities continues near Giza. Unable to take down the city they’re burning the surrounding land, by the way, the worst they’ve done at the moment is killing hundreds of unarmed workers...
Barbarians activities expand at a crazy rate, including now the whole desert West of Egypt, but fortunately they’re in war with the Nubian for the control of this desert...
And after all, Egypt don’t care that desert.
Exchanging Hieroglyph writing with Slavery with the Roman, Ramses preparations of war are nearly completes...
...and a new era is beginning !
Not following his advisor, Ramses order the immediate research of Cosmogony, who will leads to better priests trained for war.
Heart of Egypt at the dawn of this new era...
have changed and sources of papyrus have been detected in all the Nil delta.

Chapter 7 - Operation : Storm over upper Nil
At the second day of the calendulas, numerous Egyptians corps pass through Nubian borders.
At the same time Ramses declare war on Nubia !
The war had begun...
Heading south on the capital city of Meroe the Egyptian army encountered the Nubians at the ‘Path of Atoth’. Numerous lost on the two sides, but as the Egypt army outnumber the Nubians there advanced was not stopped, and they reach Meroe. A fierce battle engage, where king Taharqa is killed. Large victory for Ramses, the city felt...
Ramses entered the nice and colorful Nubian palace, who could perhaps some day become his summer palace...
Anyway war was not over. Taharqa son has taken the rest of the Nubian army under his command...
The same month, Nubian troops launched a vast counter attack east of Nil near Napata, but they where easily drove back.
Egyptians troops continues their advance...
The defenses of Kerma were weak and the city fall the first day !
Same for Napata where Egyptian fought at 3 against 1...
Nubia main land was under Egypt rule, but there must be some colony because Taharqas Son fled with is generals...

Searching in all direction for the Nubians colonies, Egyptians troops are where they do not want to be !
Right in front of the main barbarian encampment !
Battle is short, and Egyptians soldiers are wiped out...
The Egyptian army is searching Taharqas son for years now, without results... Kinda hard to find a city when you don’t know Map making ! Ramses was wondering... After one month he called the Nubians administrator who had connexions with Nubians remnants and call for peace.
Terms of the treaty :
- Egyptian army immediatly stop hunting all Nubians remnants.
- All upper nil regions now belong to Egypt. Legalized Egyptians governors will be attached in each conquered cities. And the citizens will pay taxes like every Egyptians subjects.
- Taharqas familly loose for ever all rights to rule this regions.
- Ramses demand an immediate tribute of 5 golds from the ancient Nubian colony.
The 2 protagonists sign this treaty on the 19th moon.
War is over.
And because a good news never come alone Thebes engineers announces to King Ramses that the first true Wonder of the World, the Great Sphinx is finished !

Under the wise ruling of Ramses, King of upper and lower Nil, Egypt has become one of the mightest kingdom of the known world.
Everywhere through the kingdom cities are florishing, temples are built to pray the gods named Ra, Athor, Suthek, or Bastet. Sacred priests in the capital are formalizing the Pantheon of all the true Egyptians gods. Royal treasury is full and all populations classes are getting benefits of the ever increasing prosperity in Egypt.
The Egyptian way of life is now a model for the entire world...

‘My King, our scouts have just spotted the Assyrian army. Assyrian are reaching our borders ! They have been allowed to pass in the Hebrews Kingdom !’
Surprised, Ramses calm down a bit, and began wondering...
What kind of game are playing the Hebrews ?
After 15 minutes, Ramses has taken his decision... Looking at his military advisor, Ramses speaked : ‘Tell my generals that they are now allowed to undertake any necessary incursion in the Hebrews Kingdom. Assyrians must be reppeled at any costs !’
Widely opening his eyes, the advisor answered : ‘But my King, Hebrews will be upset by this.’
Ramses : ‘If they resists, kill them all and burn their cities !’

Seeing Egypt Army already at war and thus weakened to protect the colonies. Rome declare war on Egypt.
Not a big deal there are too far to reach us quickly...
While Thebes continue to pump out Wonders after Wonders...
...Egyptian armies launch a major counter offensive in the Hebrews Kingdom triggering open war with them.
Two days later in order to respect a secret pact with Ramses, Ahiram, King of Phoenicia declared war on the Hebrews
Egypt sudden attack has brought the Hebrews kingdom on knees in less than four weeks, resulting in the capture of 90 000 slaves !
Assyrians armies where taken by surprise too and their casualties were heavy !
But their Army was still numerous.
