What are some one man army modded Civs which has a really powerful unique with unique upgrades? It's pretty enjoyable to attack city-states for all game long until it reaches levels 15+ where it becomes powerful enough to solo whole civilizations. One example of this is Misaka Mikoto. Are there any other modded civs like this?
