experience points

I built an infantry soldier in my capitol city. When he was finished he had 55 experience points. I had barracks, armory, and military academy, so this accounted for 45 of the experience points I looked over my other buildings and wonders (I had the heroic wonder but not brandenburg gate) and could not see what was taking him up to 55 points.

Any ideas.

Were you playing as Assyria? If so and you had a Royal Library with a full Great Work of Writing slot, then that would account for the extra 10 XP.

thank you.... you were right on it. did not know the royal library had that property. I just thought it had the slot over the regular library.
