FA - Take on France next?

We've kicked the Persians right off our continent, and now have just France and a couple of others' cities left.

Do we want to finish off the French now? If we do, then we can go to totally shore patrol mode, and start on the invasion force for Japan to keep them from growing big enough to win domination.

I think it would be best to clrear the continent (and create a border patrol), since even if we did leave France alone, Japan could conquer them, and wind up with domination easily, as we only have limited cities.

Plus, France is a commercial civ -- a huge advantage late in the game. We should be the only commercial civ around!
