Fantastical

I've had a ton of fun with this map script and I've been using it for most of my recent games. The only thing that has really bothered me is that forests seems to be a little spotty. Huge regions of the map are totally bald while one continent is nothing but woods. I've played with the settings a lot but I haven't found anything with a more reasonable distribution on that front.

I like the different variety of landmasses that I get using this though and I'm sure I'll have many more games with it
 
glad you're having fun with it. yeah, forests may be fewer than in vanilla map scripts. everything in this script is spotty in the other way--tons and tons in one area, and none or almost none in another. i'd like to adjust the prevalence of forest tiles, but i kind of screwed myself by creating a really delicate, abstracted algorithm for determining terrain and features from climate. maybe i could add a blanket forest modifier.
