Update: Blue Monkey's fault he said Warcraft 3 is low poly and I thought why not see what I can do with the buildings. I learned a lot of new tricks making the Orc buildings and I like how they turned out. Now I really need to get back to Ozy's stuff.

An awesome set!

One of my many projects is adapting the maps from WoW. I think a scenario based on something such as the Warhammer Fantasy mod but with some alternative civs could be fun.

Some things in there would be Wonders great or small. Wowpedia is a good source for civilopedia text.

In the mean time, thanks to your efforts I have buildings now to CnP some cities from. Something to do when I need a break from playing. They could certainly be used as a complement to Ogedei's work - as individual improvements & as cities.

... And you haven't shared "Wowpedia" with us for how long? ( :joke: ; :thanx: ; ;) )

How about this:

The panda riffs off of the iconic gun-wielding panda attributed to Banksy & is the work of an artist named Pigboom. The rest, including composition of the text is my own work.

to briefly explain the content -
Spoiler :
https://wow.gamepedia.com/Pandaria players have to choose one of two major factions (red v. blue in the military sense). This forced choice carries over into the races they can play (orcs v. humans, etc.). Pandaren, my favored characters, are the only race that can choose either side (Huojin red, Tushui blue), which carries over to the lore of the world background. The Celestials are the tutelary divine beings who gave the Pandaren their culture. According to their cultural myths the Pandaren helped create the waterways & mountains of their home world Azeroth. Many of us who roleplay our characters as well as run through the game content choose to portray our characters as non-aligned -more Taoist than Confucian you might say. Currently Azeroth is dealing with the aftermath of a worldwide war that started off using Pandaria in the equivalent of the Victorian Great Game...

Great to see some work towards that illusive Warcraft Civ3 mod. Been reading through lots of old threads here on various attempts that didn't get far sadly (often ending due to fear of Blizzard's old reputation for going after fan projects). So it's nice to see some cool modern work showing the dream is still alive!

I noticed these interesting attempts on Warcraft and Starcraft Civ3 mods by xiaoxiaoa that looked like they got quite far. Shame he got spooked over getting a C&D from Blizzard and never released them.

Also noticed a WoW map was made a while back too:
