Wolfenstein V 4.8a ModPack
First let me start by saying that I am sorry for all the Problems with
my earlier releases...nearly all the versions 4.2-2.5 had something
missing I am sorry....(for all those who have an earlier versions because
of mass changes to the rules.txt this version is not compatible with
any of the earlier releases)

Paladin scrapped (basicaly the crusader replacement)
Black Knights now in Paladin Slot
Concentration Camp And <SS>Grenadier Scrapped
Flight Mechanics and Medium Bomber(Dive Bomber II)Ju87G Added
Scout Fighter P-51D Added
Fascism and Communism made better....
All European Races may be picked
Compatible with wwii.scn
Defualt Flags and Colors
Purple (Russians) Mongols Zulus
Green (Romans) Bablyonians Incas
Yellow (Spanish) Egyptians Chinese
Blue (Americans) Japan Persians
Orange (English) Greeks Carthaginains
Light Blue (French) Aztecs Indians
Red (Germans) Vikings Celts
White Japanese Barbarians

Fighter & Bomber Changes
+2 attack added to all air units (to better assault tanks)
+2 range (so they can return after a battle)
Barbarians on Deity can use Fighters & Bombers
Barbarian fighters & Bombers on Chieftan still sit and do nothing
Barbarian & Computer Opponenants use new air units better than origanal
fighter & Bomber
it is now possible to make scenarios with eight races
using the White Japanese Barbarians

This Modpack is meant more for gameplay than it is for actual history but here
are the more important times in history now
Roman Empire (Phalanx + Legion + Horseman + Chariot)
Medieval Europe (Archers + Pikeman + Knights + Black Knights)
British Imperialism (Musketeer + Dragoons)
Prussian Military (Conscript + Cavalry)
American Modern Democracy
(Infantry + Marines + Howitzer + Armor + Scout Armor + Scout Fighter)
German Industrial Fascism
(Stormtroopers + Mech + Battle Armor + Medium Bomber)

Governments
This modpack makes the game a war between the three main governments
Democracy Communism and Fascism
Fascism now supports 4 units
Fascism allows you to build three more Special units
Democracy units such as Marines and Scout Armor ignore enemy zones of control

An impressive list of modifications. By the way - since I'm still fairly new at this - how do you allocate special units to the Democracy government? And, although you can probably rename Barbarians "Japanese," is it really possible to make them act as a fully-fledged 8th civilization: negotiate, build improvements, enter the space race, etc?
