Half of those remakes I've never even heard, most likely thankfully.

I agree with whoever said that they should stick to their originals. Their remakes are tolerable, but certainly not better than the originals.

I liked Mama Kin almost as much as Aerosmiths, but not quite.

their version was certainly much less objectionable than the Byrds' Mr. Tambourine Man

Agreed, that's got to be the most overrated cover of all time. They massacred it with their shiny harmonies and uber jangliness
