French translation for v2.5

I've quickly read the changes and it's a significant improvement compared to what I translated earlier.

I have only noted very small corrections to be added :

• CIV4GameText_Achievements.txt: "thirtieth" means "trentième" and not "treizième" (lines 1019, 1027 and 1035)
  
• CIV4GameText_RaR_New_Nations.txt: the Nez Percé leader is Chief Joseph (Chef Joseph) and not Sitting Bull. The mistake also appears in the English version.
