Fully animated Toucan Ressource

Hi guys,

@Moandor (a new graphical modder that recently joined our team) has animated the Toucan Bonus Ressource for our mod WTP.
Just in case one of you guys would like to use it as well in his mod, here it is.

P.S.: It is a converted Unit graphic from Caveman to Cosmos mod.
(We just created the animation and transformed it into a Bonus Ressource)
