My War with Huayna Capac is over. I left him with two cities and his power is now 2.3. I have 8 Cuirassers. I have Replaceable Parts and will steal Rifling from Willem van Oranje in 12t when he will have completed it. I have 19579E on Willem van Oranje, so I have a ways go yet.

One thing that is coincidentally very similar between Espionage victory and culture VC: In the end, you line up your cities and starve them to carefully time the GPs. Getting 10 is pretty easy, but #11 and up cost quite a bit more.

For culture, you have enough time to generate 20 and #21 is very expensive

Excellent game, WastinTime! I still think the jury is out on whether researching Constitution is optimal. A cottaged Bureaucratic capital with Scotland Yard can generate huge amounts of Espionage after Code of Laws, assuming Civil Service is Oracled.

I ran almost no spy specialists before Jails. Only a couple cities needed a head start using the courthouse spy. Those are the cities with less food/pop, so they can't run a starvedown to rush the spy in the end.
I also gave a headstart to my LC gift city. I wanted that city to pop a spy early so I could gift it away.

To improve on my result, I would conquer a bit more and research to Constitution faster. Maybe find a way to bulb something.... like Nationalism?

Sorry, 2 golden ages (because of Taj). So 30 turns

I had to run a few artists for a few turns to rush the end during the starve. Earlier I had to throw in 1 artist in a couple cities only because I had made the mistake of planning for 36t GA. Next time I would go for pure GSpies.
