Game won't turn on.

Whenever I try to play, it can only get as far as changing the screen to begin playing the intro movies. Instead of playing them, it turns itself off. I tried reinstalling the game with all the patches, but it didn't work.

Nevermind, I found out the problem. This is the second game I have that doesn't work with the firewall that I have to have on my computer because it's provided by the ISP and is installed when the computer connects to the internet for the first time.
