Great Person Bonus

Does the 25% bonus from the National Epic matter if you're only making one great person point per turn. I see that I get the bonus but the tracker still says +1 point per turn. Not +1.25 or anything like that.

it does matter. most of the time you'll actually carefully observe and manage to pop 2 great persons in one city at the same turn. that is what you think. on the very last turn the decimals will reach the point where they are rounded up so from 2 turns/2turns left when ending the turn, you pop a single great person on the next round.
that is why i'm pretty certain the bonus still works even if the info screen doesn't look like it would. wonder why it's so hard to show the correct decimal numbers (x.xx is enough and there is plenty of room to do so... developer logic I'd guess).

you can measure it by looking at each turn and seeing if on the 4th turn the points went, say, from 78/100 to 80/100. im pretty sure they factor in but that's one way to make sure.
