That happens when I zoom out too much. Here are my specs:


AMD Athlon64 4000+
2x MSI 6800 Ultras SLI
Kingston KVR 2-gig kit

Oh you are FAR FAR FAR from the only one...its just that this particular glitch doesnt hard lock your system like the other issues...but it is an indication of the underlying problem.

"CIV4 and STABILITY".......last seen in the dictionary under MUTUALLY EXCLUSIVE
