Not according to the site I pulled the stats from. Not that it makes much of a difference. This isn't a top 10 ranking, it just so happens that the number of countries with this stat are 10, they could've been 9 or 11

But here's a hint anyway: it's those countries where x comprise more than half of Y

I haven't the faintest idea, so a wild guess - is this the commerce sector, say small business holders?
