Hello - questions about a possible new computer

First time using the forums here and was wondering if you guys could help me out. I'm not good at all with computers so I have no idea what's good or not. I wanted to buy Civ V but I'm not sure if my computer would be good enough to run it. I went to canyourunit.com but I've heard it's not a reliable site. These are the stats it gave me.

You can try the demo online @ steam for free. If it works for you, then theoretically the full game will work. How it works to your satisfaction is a totally different question.

The game works just fine for me, and I do not even have the minimum requirements they list hardware wise.

Preemptively: Your graphics card is an extreme bottle neck. You'll not have much fun with it. Buying a new one would definitely make the whole thing smoother.
