After fixing errors shown on Database.log, my 2nd attempt at a custom civ is having issues. The Database.log shows no errors, but my civilization (Samoa) does not have its unique abilities. It's supposed to receive culture for coastal cities, and extra yields from fishing boats. Once these work, I'll be working on adding more components to make it more unique, such as additional ability bonuses, and the unique unit/improvement.
Attached is the zip file for the mod, named "CW's Tanumafili II of Samoa.zip".
Note that I know very little about Civ 6 modding. I've checked the modinfo file, and the file that contains my civ's unique ability code is listed on there as a file and under InGameActions. So, I think the problem lies within SamoaAbilities.xml, the file that contains the non-Modbuddy-created code, but there's a chance that I'm wrong.
If anyone could help me diagnose the problem and find a solution, it'd be greatly appreciated.
