help on building DLL with SAL.H problem

heres my computer
windows7 x86
using code::blocks 8 and 10
installed everything said under the tutorials for code::blocks (except for PSDK, i cant seem to download the offline installer (i have 2 computers, crappy internet and cool game))

completely won the battle on not having the SAL.H thing, it just got worst
placed the SAL.H thing in
MICROSOFT VISUAL C++ TOOLKIT 2003
WINDOWS SDK
CODE::BLOCKS (8 and 10)
include folder, but i end up getting a lot more errors like
C2059
C2143
C2501
C2146
2501 (twice? 'var' and 'symbolSegment')

point thing is a lot
what do i do?

that seems to be the problem
ill have to download that full ISO thing first
can we you know, install it then copy the installed directory to another computer?

install the visual c++ on computer A, then copy it to computer B
will that work?

Where's the problem with downloading it again?

my dad knows id rather play games online all day and thats where computer a comes in (i cant even watch youtubes on it, sad right?)

Yeah but...why not download it on computer A, move the files to computer B, and install it on computer B?

Um...oh...damn. I had not considered that there are really files which don't have an offline installer... okay, that's a problem....i guess you've already tried copying it over, yes?
