Help! The icons appear but they are displaced from the corresponding place.

Apparently I have done everything right but when I see how the icons look they are shifted to the right, out of the circle from where they should be. What could I have done wrong?

The template with the icons that I used in gimp to export them as DDS

I fixed it, I just had to redo the whole thing.
