Help with updater

Hello guys,
I just did fresh install of Civ IV Complete from GOG. After that I have downloaded rand full installer and installed it successfully. Now, when I ran it, it showed update available. Downloaded roughly over 2000 files and than nothing happens. After launching it again it says:

There seems to be a problem with previous update. Checking file again.

Repeated several times, admin privileges.

installed on E: drive
English language
Win 10

Any suggestion will be much appreciated.

Look earlier threads, theres some ini.file you have to delete if I remember correct.

The file you should delete is "updating" or "update" in the main RAND folder, sorry for the late answer but I didn't check the forum lately.
