Help!

Im a little new to modding and I was wondering if someone could give me a hand. No matter what I do I can't get my XML mod to go in. I erased the cache file but that didn't help. I'd really appreciate the help.

Alright, here's what I mean. No matter what I do, try to edit a civilopedia entry, change attack values, change the amount of Unit meshes shown per unit, anything. there is absolutely nothing I can change that affects the mod in any way, I don't know what more info you need, lemme know and I will tell you though

Sounds like either the files are in the wrong place or you have other files in customassets which take precedence over your changes.
