I had a dream. my dream is, one day, to create a colony on the new continent and create an independent ideal state.
"Land Ho !!!"
After a long and long voyage, I discovered a new continent.
In 1492, we built the first colony, Jamestown.
A colony built directly beneath the pumpkin production area, with bonuses on food production.
There are also forests, jungles, and mountains where you can get lumber and ore.
After years of struggling, the village office has been completed in Jamestown.
The first colonist, a religious instigator, has been appointed leader on the village office, and another free colonist has set out to explore the New Continent as a scout.
(After the village office, build a chapel.)
In 1505, we built Plymath, a second colony at south of Jamestown.
Plymath is likely to be a well-balanced colony with sugar and fish production, as well as forests and mountains like Jamestown.
However, the native people are terribly angry because we have stolen the land and built it.
For this reason, Washington, the leader, prioritizes buying weapons from Europe and arming the colonies, rather than passing them on to production.
In 1518, a third colony, Boston, will be built on the southern cape.
Here, too, stole the land from another indigenous people.
Boston, built in a wetland with sugar, has fish resources with food production bonuses.
All three colonies are likely to grow as independent colonies.
The effects of the cross produced by the incitement of Jamestown's religious instigators are bringing immigration to Europe's wharfs.
Here I found a brewer (rum) at the wharf. Take him and let the processed rum be an export of the English colony.
An natives uprising took place between 1538 and 1539.
Although this was suppressed, intermittent uprisings continued, and the confrontation between the English colonies and the native people became inevitable.
I consumed the bell and invited the "founding fathers", Jean de Brebeuf and Francisco Pizarro.
They argued vigorously over their attitude toward native peoples.
Eventually, however, the Brebeuf flees to Plymath, leading the cabals (placed the resulting missionary unit in the Plymath village office), and the Pizarro embarks on an invasion of the native peoples with the mounted conquesters.
The native villages were burned down and they left for the hinterlands.
Pizarro and his conquerors, at the suggestion of the Kingdom of Portugal, declared war on yet another native people and were sent to the hinterland of the New Continent to conquer them.
(The conquistadors later joined the conquerors of F.Coronad.)
These days, enemy's pirates appeared on the round-trip route between the New Continent and Europe, and fragile Caravelle ships could not cover the route.
In order to meet the founding father, G. Verrazano, we will cover the route with a more powerful Galleon fleet, in 1559.
The English colony grew steadily, reaching 50 bells per turn in 1616.
Historically, the English colony's exports were tabaccos and cigarettes, but the main exports of the English colony in this game were sugar and rum.
So hiring a "founding father", W. Brewster, to get a sugar and rum production bonus is a reasonable option.
The screenshot shows a galleon full of exports from the colony that arrived in Europe at this time.
You can see the exports of the English colonies. The mainstay is rum, but everything else is raw material.
By the 17th century, the English colony had a growing sentiment of independence, with the war of independence coming closer.
to be continue...
