Why this isn't written on tooltip... /faceplam
 
That might make it not terrible, but it's still not a good wonder. Research one of the most expensive leaf techs for Purity xp and a wonder that gives you a free tech.
Best case scenario, you got 5 science per turn and 40 points towards Purity for 1050 production. Dodgy game design.
And there's also the Quantum Computer. Two wonders with the same effect is just lazy.
 
Oh, so its from it that free tech came from, scratched my head for a good minute before giving up and moving on
 
If the code for this is similar to civ 5 it is literally one line of lua which added the free tech description to the tooltip. IDK how they could mess up something like that.
 
I think the resurrection device should have a chance to have your combat units come back. Even if its really small like 5% would be a cool thing to add.
