How to know if a unique promotion of a UU will reserve after upgrading?

I already heard of that Aztec warrior will continue gain 20HP for killing even it was upgraded, but turkey musketman will not. But how can I judge that? How about slinger?B-52?or Persian spearman? Thanks a lot.

Off the top of my head, after upgrading:

Slingers do not move back

Longbows keep one extra range

Impis keep Ikhanda promotions but not extra attack

Chu-ko-nu keeps extra attack.
