How to Raze a City

Hello!

I never see a destroy option when capturing a city!

How do I raze a city?

Pillage the city while it is still in revolt. Each pillage should reduce the city population by 1. Pillaging a size-1 city destroys it.

This is a system we added to prevent a single unit from razing a huge city in 1 turn.
