Howto drag and drop a certain amount of trade goods - not the maximum amount?

Hello everybody,

is it anyhow possible to drag a certain amount of tradegoods to the freightroom of a unit? For example in the old Sid Meier's Colonization you could drag the good to the freightroom while pressing shift and after dropping it into it you where able to type in the wanted amount.

It's the same command but for some reason they implemented it differently. Now you have to press shift first for it to work.
